Le 15 Patisserie was founded in 2010 by Indian pastry chef Pooja Dhingra. With an education at Le Cordon Bleu, the reputed French culinary arts school, and a determined business mind-set, Pooja soon made her pastry shop concept into a success. Le15 now has several store locations across Mumbai, and has become one of the most well-known French pastry shops in India. Pastries range from the classic French macaron, to innovative cakes, cupcakes, cookies, shakes and chocolate pastries.
